Dan wants to assist you and has created a new system that integrates fitness with drumming -- Cardio-Tone Drumming. This is a system that will at once enhance your coordination, timing and fitness. It is a cardio workout that will also tone the muscles.

And it can be more pleasureable than certain workouts since you have the option of coordinating it (pun intended) with music! How much fun - that you are getting a workout while hearing musical sounds!

Dan has become well-respected and asked questions globally about his hand technique. Well, a lot of the reason his hands are where they are is through disciplined, repetitive practice such as going through books like Stick Control & Accents & Rebounds, each exercise one minute straight with a metronome/click. Well with this 'movement' program, in many cases you will be doing an 'exercise' (pun intended) for a whole song, which is 3-5 minutes straight - Talk about putting a movement in to your muscle memory, which will crank your drumming while having a workout! And Dan will give you additional exercises and nutrition advice (that helped him drop 30 pounds of fat and tone up) to maximize this progress!
